- I have Windows XP Service
Pack 2
With Windows XP Service Pack 2, Microsoft have introduced a heightened
level of security which may affect how this software runs. You may receive
warning messages alerting you that the program contains active content
and/or pop-ups.
To ensure that the program runs as intended, it may be necessary to
amend your Internet Explorer browser settings.
Select Tools > Internet Options and select the Advanced tab. Scroll
down to the Security options and check the box against ‘Allow
active content to run in files on ‘My Computer’. On restarting
the browser, the program should now function as intended. This setting
only makes changes to the way in which the browser handles files actually
installed on your computer hard drive; it does not affect permissions
for files on a network or the Internet.
- I can't install the program.
Firstly download the full installation instructions from the CD-ROM
and follow exactly as specified.
Then ensure that the host computer has the minimum specifications required
to host the program (see section F).

If you have installed something on to the host computer without stopping

- Flash Player 8 Security enhancement
issues
As a result of the changes to the security model applied to local Flash
content made by Macromedia in the latest release of Flash Player 8,
users may experience problems when navigating with some buttons within
this program. Users running the program with Flash Player 6 or 7 installed
will be unaffected and the program should run as intended.
If you are running the program with Flash Player 8 installed on your
computer, you will need to make adjustments to the Global Security Settings
via the Macromedia website.
Go to www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager04.html
Click on the link ‘Global Security Settings Panel’ to access
and change the Security settings.
In order to allow links within the installed program to function correctly,
set the option to ‘Always allow’. (Alternatively, you could
add the location of the installed program to the trusted locations by
following the instructions given on the Macromedia website.)
